Once I have acquired the Collection, how long will it take to receive it?
Orders are shipped from Bogota, Colombia. Delivery times vary according to destination; the following times are approximate according to processing through DHL:
- For Bogotá: 2 to 4 working days.
- For other cities in Colombia: 4 to 8 working days.
- For rural areas in Colombia: 10 to 15 working days.
- For the United States: 7 to 14 business days.
- For the rest of the world: 15 to 20 working days.
How many Collections can I acquire?
There is no limit to the number of collections. Remember to check the maximum amount you can pay with the different means.
Is there any kind of discount?
There are no discounts. In exchange for a minimum donation you will be able to acquire the Collection and help the books continue to reach all the people who are the main characters of these pages and travel back to the territories described in these stories, giving them back their memories.
What happens if I do not receive confirmation of shipment?
Write to the mail dircultura@unal.edu.co, please attach a copy of the transfer, indicating full name and reference of the order or payment.
What happens if the delivery time has passed and I have not received the Collection?
Write to the mail dircultura@unal.edu.co, indicating full name and order or payment reference.
What should I do if an error is generated during the process to acquire the Collection?

Can I request a donation certificate for the acquisition of the Collection?
CERLALC is an international organization with a special tax regime in Colombia, and is not obliged to declare income. In this sense, the voluntary contributions received will NOT be subject to the tax benefits of donations nor will they be taken into account by the Colombian Tax and Customs Directorate DIAN, or by tax authorities of other countries, as a donation for purposes of deductible and/or reductions in tax burdens.
